The safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and partners is our upmost priority. Our trademark “Diamonds & Thrills" experience is in the foundation of our brand DNA and we are confident that our colleagues will continue to deliver the same standards of our award winning customer service in a safe and welcoming environment. All staff have been fully trained before opening.
Here is what you can expect when you shop with us:
Clear signage outside our stores explaining the social distancing measures. We ask that you keep yourself a clear 2 metres away from others in line social distancing.
MEET & GREET
A member of our staff will meet and greet you upon arrival. We will be restricting the number of people allowed in our shops at any one time to ensure social distancing.
Each store will have its own one way system in place to manage flow around the store. Staff will ensure aisles and walkways are clear to ensure social distancing.
We will have hand sanitiser and wipes available for staff and customer use. Please use hand sanitiser when entering the store and before handling products.
Frequently touched areas will be regularly disinfected, including all surfaces. Stock will be sanitised after it has been handled using UV cleaning machines.
We will provide staff with hand sanitiser and PPE and we will have PPE available for you if you request it.
Whilst you don’t need to book an appointment to visit our boutiques, you can book and check availability online. If you are coming into store to collect a repair or an order we would recommend you make an appointment first to ensure that we have your product ready for collection.
