If we have sent a faulty item or the wrong item item to you, we can organise a collection via our Free Tracked Returns service. We will book the return via MyDPD and DPD will send a booking confirmation via email or text.
Simply parcel up the goods in the packaging that came with the order, along with the paper work. Please make sure the outer parcel is sealed and secure with tape. You don't need to label the parcel as your DPD driver will provide you with a bar code to confirm collection.
